Vellare Limited provides pre-booked chauffeur and executive private-hire transport services, including but not limited to:
• Airport transfers
• Hourly chauffeur hire
• Executive and corporate travel
• Special events and private bookings

All services are pre-booked only. We do not offer street-hail, rank-based, or immediate taxi services.

Services are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Bookings

• All bookings must be made in advance via our Website, email, telephone, or other approved communication channels.
• A booking is considered confirmed once accepted by Vellare Limited.
• Journey details provided by the client must be accurate. Additional charges may apply for changes, extra stops, extended waiting time, or incorrect information.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Vellare Limited does not currently accept online payments through the Website.
• Prices are agreed at the time of booking.
• Payment methods, timing, and any deposits (if applicable) will be communicated directly to the client.
• Additional charges may apply for:
Waiting time beyond the agreed allowance
Additional stops or route changes
Cleaning or damage caused during the hire

All prices are subject to confirmation and may vary depending on service requirements.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will not incur a cancellation charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be charged in full or in part.
• Failure to attend a confirmed booking (“no-show”) may be charged in full.

Refunds (where applicable) are issued at the discretion of Vellare Limited.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:
• Behave in a respectful and lawful manner at all times
• Refrain from smoking, vaping, consuming illegal substances, or engaging in illegal activity in the vehicle
• Be responsible for any damage, soiling, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their actions

Vellare Limited reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if passenger behaviour poses a risk to safety, the vehicle, or the driver.

8. Luggage & Personal Belongings

• Luggage must be within reasonable limits and suitable for the booked vehicle.
• Vellare Limited is not responsible for lost or unattended personal items.
• Any property left in the vehicle will be returned where possible but is carried at the passenger’s own risk.

9. Vehicle & Driver Substitution

We reserve the right, where necessary, to substitute:
• A vehicle with another of equal or higher class
• A driver due to availability, mechanical issues, or operational requirements

Such substitutions shall not constitute a breach of contract.

10. Delays & Force Majeure

Vellare Limited shall not be liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Traffic congestion
• Road closures
• Weather conditions
• Accidents
• Acts of Nature or emergencies

We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption where possible.

11. Insurance & Licensing

• All vehicles used are appropriately insured for private-hire / hire and reward and chauffeur services.
• Drivers are licensed in accordance with applicable UK regulations.
• Passenger insurance is maintained as required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Vellare Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, branding, logos, and design elements, is the property of Vellare Limited and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

14. Privacy & Data Protection
